Returns & Exchanges
Due to sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns on any order unless there is a problem with the jewelry. All of our jewelry is brand new and unworn, and we make sure to stand by this statement so our customers are not receiving used jewelry. We want our customers to be happy and if there is a problem or defect in the jewelry we will gladly fix the problem. It is your responsibility however, to make sure you are ordering the right size/gauge. If you aren't sure what your size/gauge is, please visit your local tattoo/piercing shop and they can tell you exactly what size.
We would like to make our customers aware that due to the fact that all of our plugs are natural and organic, there may be a variation of color on a plug-to-plug basis. Every stone is one-of-a-kind, making every plug one-of-a-kind as well. This means that the plugs you receive will NOT be identical to the picture displayed on the product info page. We will not accept returns or exchanges if you are simply unsatisfied with the appearance of your plugs/tunnels. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
If you receive your plugs and discover that what you have received differs from what you ordered, you may return the plugs and send an email to email@example.com with your order number and advise us that you have received the wrong product. We will gladly accept the return and send you the correct pair that you ordered. In the event that you would like to cancel an order you have made BEFORE it has been shipped, you may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number requesting a cancellation. We will not accept a cancellation or return if your order has already been shipped prior to your cancellation request.
If for some reason the items you purchased arrived to you broken, scratched, chipped, and/or are missing, we will gladly send out a replacement to you for no extra cost if you purchased insurance to be included with your order. Our insurance protection only applies to the order during the first 24 hours after the date of delivery to the customer. Otherwise, it is no longer our responsibility if anything becomes chipped or broken after the allotted time has passed. If no insurance was purchased and the merchandise arrived broken, we will not send out any replacements. This allows us to help the customers that actually received any broken items during shipping and not the customers who've accidentally dropped their items a few days later and then claimed it was broken when they received it.
By making a purchase on bodymodorganics.com, the customer is agreeing to this cancellation/return policy, and it is the customers' responsibility to make themselves aware of this policy.
